    EIS is again focusing on quality and results for our clients this year. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement we will be introducing a web based client survey system. This will enable our clients to feedback Key Performance Indicators on a project to project basis. This information is then assessed by the Operations Manager and used to address any issues that we can improve on or feedback to our team.
